Data Portability and Management Tools
Import
We are providing users to easily import data from spreadsheets and other services on Stackby.
Export
Stackby supports exporting the data by downloading the CSV file for individual tables and download complete account that will generate individual CSV files of all tables in the workspace. . Additionally, users can export all their data by sending us a request at support@stackby.com
Account deletion
User account can be deleted at any time from the account settings. Upon requesting to delete an account, you need to assign your workspace to other owner if your workspace has more than 1 person and all content will immediately become inaccessible. User will get an option to export all the data and after 30 days, the content will be deleted from our servers and can no longer be recovered.
Account Settings
You can manage your account settings by updating your name, photo and other info from the account settings menu.
Consent
For European customers, we show a consent dialog during signup that explains our data collection practices. Therefore, our lawful basis for collecting personal data is consent. We use cookies to securely identify your account and keep you signed in.
We use analytics services to improve the product and troubleshoot customer issues. These include Intercom, Mixpanel, Segment, Sentry, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
A customer may withdraw their consent and delete their account at any time by deleting their account via our account settings menu.
