We - meaning Relytree Technologies Pvt. Ltd., doing business as Stackby - prepared this privacy policy to help you understand our practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through Stackby's web or mobile application (the "Stackby Products"), our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, and any other sevices we provide to our customers or end users (collectively with the Stackby Products, the "services").

In this Policy the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Account - means an account required to access and/or use certain areas and features of our products;

3. Scope - What Does This Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our products. It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from our products (whether we provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). We have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by other websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

4. What information do we collect?

Depending on how you use the services - such as signing up for an account, using our product, use of cookies, data collection when you voluntarily submit it and give the consent to us using it for purposes set out in Section 5, we may collect the following information:

Other than anything else in this privacy policy, we will not use or access your content except in the following cases -

• To ensure stability and security of the services and our systems (eg. Where we have reason to believe specific content is degrading server stability)

• To analyze different information related to your account (such as total number of rows, file sizes, upload limits, logs etc.)

6. How we use the information we collect?

We only disclose information we collect in following cases -

• When you gave specific consent to us to post that information
• With vendors we engage with to provide with aspects of our services such as data storage, hosting and payment processing
• With third party providers to enable certain features and integrations of the services you've requested for.
• With vendors to gain insights and analytics on how the services are used and might be improved
• Law enforcement and government request to protect rights, privacy, safety and property of you, us or others.
• In the event of a proposed or actual reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, financing or other disposition of all or any portion of Stackby's business, assets or stock.
• With others for any legitimate business purposes, provided the information is aggregated & anonymized.

7. How we store and secure your information

Data security is hugely important to us. We will only keep your data for as long as we need in order to enable the services you requested for or have your permission to keep it. Some or all of your data maybe stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area ("the EEA") (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using our products and submitting information to Us. If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA and under the GDPR. Such steps may include, but not be limited to, the use of legally binding contractual terms between us and any third parties we engage and the use of the EU-approved Model Contractual Arrangements.

We also take security practices technically & organizationally to protect the information we collect and store. But as no measures are 100% full-proof, and as such no network or system can be guaranteed 100% secure against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to the information we collect and store. However, we are striving each day to make the platform better secure. We store all the user assets incl. images, files or other attachments to Amazon's AWS S3 cloud storage.

8. How can you manage your information or opt-out

You can opt out of different information we collect by either unsubscribing to purposes such as marketing and how you can use the browser to disable certain collections such as cookies or tracking technologies.

You may access, correct, amend or delete Content by accessing it within Stackby. You can control which content to upload or delete. Content you delete may be retained in archives or backup in order to enable certain features such as history logs etc. For instructions, on how to permanently delete content from your account, please contact us at privacy@stackby.com. Please note that permanent deletion of Content through this process will impair or disable those features related to that Content.

You can also delete your user account in the Account page. If you do, the personally identifiable information will be delete as soon as its practical or as required by the applicable law.

Opt out of cookies -

You may refuse the storage of the cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of our products. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from such processing by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
