Ltd., doing business as Stackby - prepared this privacy policy to help you understand our practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through Stackby's web or mobile application (the "Stackby Products"), our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, and any other sevices we provide to our customers or end users (collectively with the Stackby Products, the "services").

Account - means an account required to access and/or use certain areas and features of our products;

Data security is hugely important to us. We will only keep your data for as long as we need in order to enable the services you requested for or have your permission to keep it. You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using our products and submitting information to Us. We also take security practices technically & organizationally to protect the information we collect and store. But as no measures are 100% full-proof, and as such no network or system can be guaranteed 100% secure against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to the information we collect and store. However, we are striving each day to make the platform better secure. We store all the user assets incl. images, files or other attachments to Amazon's AWS S3 cloud storage.
You can opt out of different information we collect by either unsubscribing to purposes such as marketing and how you can use the browser to disable certain collections such as cookies or tracking technologies.
You may access, correct, amend or delete Content by accessing it within Stackby. You can control which content to upload or delete. Content you delete may be retained in archives or backup in order to enable certain features such as history logs etc. For instructions, on how to permanently delete content from your account, please contact us at privacy@stackby.com. Please note that permanent deletion of Content through this process will impair or disable those features related to that Content.
You can also delete your user account in the Account page. If you do, the personally identifiable information will be delete as soon as its practical or as required by the applicable law.

You may refuse the storage of the cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of our products.
